Water, Sanitation and Health for All (WASH4ALL) Project
Water is a very important part of daily life. The safety and quality of water are fundamental to human development and well-being. According to WHO, the provision of access to safe water is one of the most effective instruments in promoting health and reducing poverty. Based on current information, almost 80% of diseases are water related.
Primarily Rite Place Health Initiative has adopted a clear vision premised on reducing water-related diseases via the provision of facilities, which will ensure alternative access to safe, hygienic, and clean water for consumption and other domestic activities.
The Water, Sanitation and Health for All (WASH4ALL) Project aims to improve marginalized communities’ capacities to adopt safe hygiene practices in relation to water and sanitation (at both household and school level) and provide safe water and sanitation and hygiene services in order to alleviate water-borne diseases in target rural areas.
Women Tech Hub Initiative
The Women Tech Hub Initiative will equip women with job-ready, transferable digital skills while fostering opportunities for youth employment and entrepreneurship in the digital economy.
Public Primary Schools First Aid Project
This Program has been designed to provide and educate school children on basic first aid practices to promote recovery, prevent worsening the situation of an accident and preserve life.
Capacity Building Program for Community Health Workers in Rural Areas
The Project will enhance the capacity of community health workers with key professional skills to help them advocate and implement programs that promote, maintain and improve individual and overall community health through high standard training delivered by well qualified resource persons.
Rite Place Health Initiative Online Interactive Platform
This is an Online Interactive Platform and Portal, which continuously facilitates discourse and awareness of the Community based health programs on the Digital Space and serving as the online community platform for community members to partner on improved advocacy and information gathering on health care services in local communities.
End Open Defecation (EOD) Campaign
The Program will raise awareness and foster Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) campaigns with particular focus on ending open defecation by motivating the communities themselves into action.
Senior Secondary School Digital Library Project
The Senior Secondary Schools Digital Library Project will improve the ability of senior secondary school students to utilize digital library services and enhance their digital literacy and skills via establishment of e-libraries in senior secondary schools located in underserved communities in Africa.
Youth Digital Capacity Skills Building Project
The Youth Digital Skills Capacity Building Project will train the Youths with key digital skills that will make them succeed in business through high standard training delivered by well qualified resource persons.
Youth Civic Engagement, Transparency and Accountability Project
The Project will strengthen organizational and technical capacity of youth focused civil society organizations (CSOs) working in the grassroots to advance targeted democracy and good governance initiatives, through mobilization, sensitization and advocacy.
